I’m sure that you are no stranger to the markets, and as no stranger ‘diversification’ will probably have been one of the words you have heard most in the last couple of years.

The risk, there is always the chance of losing your money so be careful, when you are meeting your broker go through in detail how much loss is acceptable, this will basically let your broker know how aggressive you want them to be with your account, the general rule of thumb is low risk low reward and visa versa.
